In this, first the flour is roasted, then fenugreek is kept in milk for two hours and then it is mixed in the flour. After this laddus are made. 25 kg fenugreek laddus are made daily in this shop. It is made in large numbers all over Bikaner. This laddu is being sold in the market for Rs 540 per kg.
